  1. I agree with everything in this article. Before getting my standing desk, I used to feel sluggish and unproductive by mid afternoon.

    Now I switch between sitting and standing throughout my workday more so to keep myself comfortable and to prevent backache. This change has improved my focus, productivity, and my overall mood. 

    I’m much more energized at my home office, and get more done, and I’m not constantly reaching for coffee to get myself through it.
